The Community Pet Advantage course was developed by a team of multi-family and canine professionals. Community Pet Advantage educates dog owners who are living in an apartment setting about the various aspects of owning and caring for a dog when living in close proximity to other dogs.
The goal is to teach all dog owners a few new tricks. We do make it fun and interesting, but the importance of having all dog owners possess the same level of understanding about the behaviors of their beloved pets can’t be understated.
The first course in our series is designed for current community residents, as well as those about to move in to a new community, and creates awareness of behavioral triggers and remedies. It takes about 30 minutes to complete, with a quiz at the end. When you pass it, you’re certified and your apartment community manager will be notified.
